If you’ve been following my journey, you know that my weight loss process has been, well, it just got started! Gastric bypass surgery was a huge step, but even before that, I had weeks of prepping — mentally, physically, and emotionally — to get ready for a major lifestyle change. The liquid diet alone was a challenge, and let me tell you, it was the mental part that really tested me!
